Buffy/Angel: The Story

        Angel was born in Ireland. His name was Liam and he grew to be someone who loved to party and who his father was ashamed of. One day, he meets a beautiful girl, Darla, who promises to show him the world. Angel agrees and she turns him into a vampire. A very old vampire called the master gives him the name "Angelus" which is latin for angel. Angelus becomes one of the most evil and feared vampires ever to have lived. One day, Darla brings home a young gypsy girl for Angelus to eat. The gypsy girl's family, however, aren't too pleased and they curse Angelus with a human soul. He then calls himself Angel. Angel becomes overcome with guilt for all of the horrible crimes he committed. Then one day a demon named Whistler tells him Angel can help others and attone for his evil deeds in order to obtain the one thing he really wants: to be human again. Later, Angel meets Buffy, and they immediately fall in love. Buffy is a vampire slayer chosen to fight evil. They realize that they can't be together, though, because one moment of true happiness and Angel would turn back into Angelus, an evil, souless vampire. So Angel moves to Los Angeles so Buffy won't have to live with someone who can't have kids or even go into the light of day. In Los Angeles Angel starts a business with Cordelia and a half-demon named Doyle. Their business is called Angel Investigations and they help the hopeless.

Siring

Darla and Angelus

When a vampire turns another human into a vampire this is called "siring". The master sired Darla because she was dying of consumption. Darla sired Angelus and Angelus sired a girl named Drusilla. Before Angelus actually killed her, she became his obsession. He tortured her, killed all the people she knew in front of her, and drove her insane. Then he sired her. Drusilla sired a human named William, also known as "William the Bloody" for his bloody awful poetry. After Drusilla turns him into a vampire he called himself Spike

Slayers

        A slayer is a young girl who is chosen to fight evil. There is only ever one true slayer at a time. When one slayer dies, a new slayer is chosen from one of the slayer-to-bes. There are many slayer-to-bes all over the world each slayer/slayer-to-be has a watcher who trains and guides their slayer. Buffy's watcher is called Giles. Buffy also has many friends who help her, even though a slayer isn't really supposed to. The only way for there to be a new real slayer is if the one true slayer dies. In the first season of Buffy, Buffy drowns and dies for a short time, but Xander arrives and resusitates her. However, since she technically did die, a new slayer was called. Her name was Kendra. Drusilla eventually kills Kendra, so another slayer is chosen, Faith. When Faith's watcher is killed, she comes to Sunnydale and helps out Buffy for a while. Then Faith turns evil after accidently mistaking a human for a vampire and killing him. She goes to Los Angeles where Angel helps her become good and she turns herself into jail. Later, she breaks out with Wesley to help capture Angelus because Angel lost his soul again. Willow, Buffy's witch friend, comes and helps them restore it. She then takes Faith back to Sunnydale to help fight the apocalypse with Buffy.
